Keeping it safe with

Once your Will is complete, it makes sense
to store it carefully. Ideally, it should be somewhere safe,
where no one can get unauthorised access to it and where your
Executor will know how to retrieve it!

Writing Company Limited a first class storage facility to keep your documents safe and benifit from our cost effective amendments facility.
Here's what we can offer:
- We will update(*) any Will, which was originally prepared by us and which
is stored with us, free of legal charges(**).
- The Executors will always know where the Will is kept for
easy retrieval.
- The Will is totally confidential. No one, including those mentioned in the
Wil,l are permitted to know its contents
- Storage protects the Will from being destroyed by house fire,
or other unforeseeable accidents.
- We also store other related documents (Enduring Powers of
Attorney, Property Title Deeds, Living Wills, Severance of Tenancies
Deeds etc) together with the client’s Will at no additional
charge.
(*) A postage and packing fee will apply. Alternatively you can collect new documents from our head office free of charge.
(**) Updating is limited to altering existing clauses and precedents and does not extend to writing additional clauses or precedents.
