Following formal agreements with a number of major Building Societies and a Corporate Introducer with over 500 branch offices nationwide, the company is seeking to expand significantly to meet demand through franchising and consultant recruitment. We are in on-going talks with a significant number of other potential affinity partners and see the company being the number one choice, for the public, and the affinity relationship market place, for all Personal Estate Planning needs.

March 2006 the company agrees terms with Allmy online and becomes an authorised distributor of 'the probate manager' service.....

March 2006 the company is seeking a master franchisee to provide services in Northern Ireland and is looking for a partner in Belfast.

March 2006 the company launches a new website as part of a campaign to attract new franchisees and business partners. The company can now be found in the 2006 Franchise Directory and many other business opportunity publications.

November 2005 the company commences a pilot scheme offering probate services to clients of Dignity plc and provides and exclusive in-house will-writing service for the 2,500 employees

May 2005 the company agrees an exclusive facility for the Leeds Building Society, the 8th largest in the uk. The company now provides its full range of services throughout the entire branch network

March 2005 at the IPW Annual General Meeting Tom Gormanly the Managing Director of the Will Writing Company is elected to the committee of the IPW (Institute of Professional Willwriters)

July 2004 the company negotiates arrangements with the national accountancy group TaxAssist Accountancy a rapidly growing professional franchise company with over 200 outlets throughout the country

December 2002 saw the company relocate to larger premises on a new office development walking distance from the city centre enabling the company to create a small training centre for its growing number of Estate Planning Consultants and easier parking facilities for visitors

December 2001 Nationwide Probate Company was formed to provide a complete service to families following a bereavement

August 1997 also saw the development of DeedBANK (document storage) Limited to provide the growing number of will-writing clients with a safe and secure document storage facility.

August 1997 the company relocated from its office in Stapleford Nottingham to larger city centre premises at The Poultry Nottingham and incorporated a 24 seat call-centre as part of a planned expansion.

1991 saw the company attain membership if the IPW (Institute of Professional Willwriters) in its inaugural year and move to Lawmax House in Stapleford Nottingham
